Peanut Chicken
1 lb. chicken breast boneless skinless
2 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Season chicken lightly with salt & pepper and place in baking dish. Set aside.
