TERIYAKI STICKY CHICKEN

4 4-oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ c. ketchup
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. vinegar
2 T. light teriyaki sauce
1 t. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350.

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.

Spray an 8″x8″ baking dish with Pam.

Place ½ of the sauce into bottom of baking dish.

Place chicken on top, and cover with remaining sauce.

Bake uncovered 40 minutes, or until chicken is done and sauce has thickened.

Serve with brown rice for additional points.
