Ingredients

2 Tbsp store-bought horseradish
2 tsp lemon juice, canned or bottled
24 oz canned stewed tomatoes
5 chop lean boneless pork chop
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice

Instructions
Cook Rice According to Instructions. Set Aside.

Bake Pork Chops with horseradish, lemon juice, garlic, italian seasoning & butter for 15 minutes at 350.

Pour canned tomatoes over half-baked pork chops and then return to oven. Cook an additional 15 minutes.

Serve over Rice.
