Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Crockpot Barbequed Chicken or Pork
2 servings
Core Recipe; 3 points on Flex
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 8 oz lean pork
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup diet cola
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
Mix ketchup and cola together in Crockpot. Add other ingredients. Cook on ‘high’ for 4 hours, then reduce heat to ‘low’ or ‘warm’ until ready to serve.
Note: meat can be added while still frozen.
