		<description>The 2nd time I made this soup.... I pureed all of the potatoes instead of leaving them diced.  I also peeled them before boiling as it was a lot easier than trying to peel them afterwards.

I don&#039;t use nearly as much cream as the recipe specifies. And I used an entire cup of jalapenos instead of 1/4th.

I&#039;ve made two batches of this soup and am going to make another one after my trip to the grocery store today.  I LOVE IT!</description>
