<li>2 spray(s) cooking spray, or enough to coat skillet</li>
<li>1 medium onion(s), chopped</li>
<li>1 medium garlic clove(s), minced</li>
<li>8 oz kielbasa, sliced 1/4-inch thick</li>
<li>1/4 tsp dried thyme</li>
<li>3/4 cup(s) canned chicken broth</li>
<li>30 oz canned great Northern beans, rinsed and drained</li>
<li>1 1/2 tbsp canned tomato paste</li>
<li>1/2 cup(s) dried bread crumbs</li>
</ul>
<h4>Instructions</h4>
<ul>
<li>Preheat broiler.</li>
<li>Coat a nonstick ovenproof skillet with cooking spray and heat. Add onion, garlic and kielbasa and sauté until onion is tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add thyme, broth, beans and tomato paste; simmer 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Sprinkle bread crumbs over beans. Place skillet under broiler until bread crumbs are browned, about 30 seconds. Yields about 1 3/4 cups per serving.</li>

<p>1 c. brown long grain rice, uncooked<br />
1 c. water<br />
1 c. FF reduced-sodium chicken broth<br />
3 T. low-sodium soy sauce<br />
3 T. rice vinegar<br />
1 T. dark sesame oil<br />
2 t. minced garlic<br />
2 c. snow peas<br />
1-1/2 pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined<br />
4 t. slivered almonds</p>
<p>Put a Dutch oven of water on the stove to boil.</p>
<p>Combine rice, water and chicken broth in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.</p>
<p>Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Set aside.</p>
<p>Cook snow peas and shrimp in boiling water 2 minutes or until shrimp are done. Drain.</p>
<p>Add peas, shrimp, and rice to soy mixture; toss well to combine. Top with almonds.</p>
<p>Serve immediately.</p>
